Most Preferred Recipe for Every Season: Banana Roll Cake Recipe

Ingradients:

Ingradients for Sponge
• 1 cup of flour
• 1 cup of powdered sugar
• 5 eggs
• 1 packet of baking powder
• 2 drops of lemon juice
• 3 tablespoons cocoa

Ingredients for Pastry Cream

• 2 egg yolks
• 2 tablespoons flour
• Half vanilla stick (or sugar vanillin can be used)
¾ cup water sugar
• 1 tablespoon starch
• 3 cups of milk

For Internal Recipe

•Banana

For pastry’s Top side

• 50 grams of grated white chocolate
• Half bowl Ganache

Recipe

For Sponge:

Put all the eggs together in the whisk. Once the eggs are well whipped in 1 cup of powdered sugar, then gently put them in the bowl. And then all of them are mixed together. Then all the ingredients are mixed with flour, cocoa, 2 drops of lemon juice. As in all the last recipes, the glaze baking soda is added and added to the whole baking oven tray. Cooked for about 9 minutes in a 180 degree preheated oven.

For Cream:

Milk and vanilla should be added to a pot that will be placed on top of the cookie. In another container, 2 eggs in the ingredients needed for cream are added whipped well, sugar, starch and flour. This mixture should be added slowly to the milky counter in the oven, in the name of oven baking. Mix well and boil for 30 minutes.

Merge Operation:

After all the ingredients have cooled down, the whipped cream is scattered into the sponge and the bananas are arranged so that the full center can be rolled up. After waiting for half an hour in the refrigerator, the melted ganache and white chocolate should be poured over and served in this way.
