Ingredients
- Chopped cooked chicken
- Half cup barbecue sauce refrigerated pizza dough
- Olive oil as needed
- Shredded cheese
- Diced tomatoes
How to make
Preheat grill on medium heat and oil the grill. Mix the chicken and barbecue sauce in a bowl evenly. Roll dough and cut in half to form 2 rectangles. Brush the top with olive oil. Place the dough oil side down on the grill and cook till the bottom is brown and the top swells up. Brush the top with oil and flip. Spread the remaining barbeque sauce over each crust and top with chicken, Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, and tomatoes. Cook pizza till cheese melts. Pizza is ready.
