Ingredients

1400 gr cleaned fillet steak

3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Sweet fillet steak with salt and black pepper and seal in a pan with olive oil. Pre-cook for 10 minutes at 240 degrees. Bring the chicken breast meat and mushroom into the paste to break it up in the robot. Add celery, mushrooms, celery stalks and fresh onions to the paste, add the spice and mix well.
