Black forest cake

There is no one who would not like, a rich, chocolaty Black Forest cake, imbibed with chocolate, cream, cherries and kirsch. This is one of the most favorite cakes for food lovers.

Preparation time- 1 hour. 3 minutes

No of servings- 12 servings

Ingredients

• Dark chocolate
• Nuttelex spread
• Hot water
• Brown sugar
• Gluten free flour
• Almond meal
• Eggs
• Morello cherries
• Kirsch
• Cream
• Chocolate

How to make

Preheat oven to 180C and grease the base. Combine the chocolate, Nuttelex spread and hot water and simmer over low heat. Add sugar and stir well until both melt well. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Add the rice and the flours as well as the rice flours, cocoa powder, almond meal and rice cereal and set aside to cool. Beats eggs well and fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven until cake is cooked. Drain the cherries and add kirsch to the syrup. Split the cake into layers, spread one third with cream and layers and the remaining layers with liqueur mixture, cream and cherries. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Serve chilled.
