Ingredients
1 large celery
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
25 gr parmesan cheese
8-10 nutmeg
1 tea spoon black pepper

Directions
Divide 1 large size celery into 6 – 8 pieces and add hot water until it is over. Boil for 15 minutes. Throw 5 minutes into the water with 3 cloves of garlic. Drain the water of boiled celery but you should separate 1/3 cup from this boiling water so that it does not get a very solid consistency when pourable. Easily remove the garlic from the custard and add it to the celery. Bring the celery to the puree consistency with hand blend . Add three tablespoons of olive oil. Add 25 grams of parmesan cheese and 8-10 nutmeg, 1 teaspoon fresh black pepper and salt according to your taste. Serve with a little grated parmesan, mushroom and extra virgin olive oil, fried in a toaster , 2 slices of bread and garden rocked .
