Ingredients

2 chicken breast pudding (200 gram)

1 medium onion

2 medium sized peppers

2 medium sized green stuffed peppers

2 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoon olive oil

1 tea spoon salt

1 tea spoon thyme

4 pieces of tortilla bread

For Marine

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tea spoon black pepper

3 cloves garlic

1 tea spoon powder sugar

Directions

Cut the chickens into jellies 3-4 cm long. For Marine mixture; chop garlic thinly. Mix lemon juice, powdered sugar, black pepper and chicken meat cut in jellies with finely chopped garlic in a bowl. Wait 30 minutes. Thin-cut medium-sized onions. Cut it in half and cut the capers and green stuffed peppers from the seeds into jellies. Fry the olive oil in a pan with a broad base. Take the vegetables from your junior kitchen and cook for about 5 minutes on a high heat. Add the chicken meats waiting in the marine mixture and cook for about 7 minutes until the chickens color. Add soy sauce, salt and thyme to the vegetable-chicken mortar and cook for 3 more minutes. Wrap the prepared chicken breast inside the tortilla breads and wrap them in rolls. Serve without waiting, share with your loved ones.
