Three eggs are broken into one splayed mixing bowl. The eggs are beaten at high speed with the help of a mixer.
Powdered sugar is added to the inside of the eggs together with a white color. Powdered sugar is also provided in the egg as much as possible. The order is added with milk, olive oil, lemon peel and orange peel. The mortar is thoroughly mixed with the help of a wooden spoon so as not to clump. The latest paste is added to the baking soda. An empty container is removed and half of the waste is emptied into that container. 3 sweet spoon cocoa is thrown into the cabinet where the mixture is made and it is ensured that the sponge is choked.
Oily paper is laid in the removed oven tray. If desired, the oven tray can be oiled and floured. A scoop is taken. First, the cocoa mortar is poured into the oven tray to a full load. Then the mortar which is white is poured right in the middle. This process is continued until the cake cream is finished.
The prepared cake mold is cooked at 170 degrees for 40 minutes in the previously heated oven. Persons with different furnace mechanics must check the furnace beforehand.
Tip: The point to note in the orange and lemon shells to be grated is that they do not come to the white parts. When the white parts come too much, the cake may have a bitter taste. Care must be taken for this.
