Ingredient

For crepes

2 eggs

1 glass of flour

One and a half glass of milk

Salt

1 sweet spoon oil

For meat saute

400 gr small chopped lamb cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 onion

2 tablespoons tomato sauce

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

1 spoon tomato paste

half pepper

half tomato

Salt, pepper, thyme

1 cup water

For Bechamel

2 tablespoons butter

2 wipe spoon flour

Milk

Salt

Directions

Take the onion rings, peppers, tomatoes and gravy. Put the meat and fry until the meat get a color. Add 1 cup of water and spices and cover. Cook the water thoroughly until pulled.
