Delicious Chocolate Brownie Recipe
This is a wonderfully prepared recipe for chocolate lovers who have a perfectly viscous, sweet tooth! The recipe is very easy so you can make this easily, you just need some simple ingrediants.

• Butter- 250 gms
• Cocoa- half cup
• Chelsea White Sugar- One and half cups
• Flour- 1 cup
• Baking powder- 1 tsp
• Vanilla essence-1 tsp
How to Prepare
Preheat oven to 180 degrees centigrade and then place an 18 x 28cm sponge roll tin with baking paper. Melt the butter in a saucepan which is large enough and then mix the cocoa and then stir well in Chelsea White Sugar. Add the eggs and mix well, then add vanilla essence. Sift in flour and baking powder and then mix well. Pour into the tins, and bake for 25-30 minutes until the brownie is soft and springs back when touched. You can also add chocolate sauce and chocolate chips on the brownie before having it. Try it out when it’s little warm.
