Beat the cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar in a cream. Fold in the cream.
Layer the desert as follows: cream, frozen raspberries, cream.
Forthetopping, melt the butter in a pan, add the almonds and sprinkle with the sugar. Caramelise in a mild heat and the nallowto cool. Put the cool edalmondsover the cream.
The dessert can be served and eat enimmediatelywiththestill cold raspberry quark.
