1 Sweet spoon butter
Spaghetti is the name given to the fact that meat is cut into thin and long strips of meat. The region where spaghetti is made is in silverside, there is no exact match in our butchers. Normally used as a dignity, these oils are spread out nicely between the flesh and the region is normally fairly hard, but with its little cooking and good resting, it is getting spectacular.

It is possible to cut the meat in deep freeze for 15-20 minutes and thinner. The meat does not freeze, but slicing itself is easy. Thinly sliced meat again in a cast iron pan and cook for about half a minute. Add 1 sweet spoon butter and mix. Then take it on a board and sprinkle a nice salt on it. So easy ! Enjoy your meal !
