Ingradients:

For Sponge:

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup of powdered sugar
• 1 tea cup milk
• 1 tea cup of yogurt
• 1 teaspoon sunflower oil
• 2 cups of flour
• 1 packet of baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 bananas

For Cream:

• 3 cups of milk
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon starch
• 1 egg
• 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
• 1 sweet spoon vanilla
• 1 tablespoon butter

For top of cake:

Power sugar

Sponge Recipe

For sponge, eggs and sugar are beaten with a mixer. At the highest setting of the mixer, the whipped eggs and sugar should be mixed until it is foamy. All remaining material is taken into the mixing chamber and whisking is continued until all are mixed. The cake is cooked at about 160 for about 50 minutes in the preheated oven. Being handcuffed cake mold will be more beneficial in terms of easy removal of the cake.

Cream Recipe

Milk, flour, starch, eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla are put into a saucepan for cream. In the medium open kitchen, all the ingredients are cooked until the creamy consistency is reached. When it starts to boil, 1 meal of butter is thrown into it. The butter will give more flavor to the cream and the cream will have a brighter consistency.

Combining:

After the sponge is cold, it is cut to two pieces with the help of rope or knife. Between them, the cream is spread evenly. Then the bananas are torn apart and spread on equal footing. The top layer is evenly placed on the other layer. The whole creme must be well spread and powdered sugar should be sprinkled on top. It will be served after being left in the fridge.
