BAKLAVA

For the dough
1 glass of water Milk
half a glass of yogurt
1 water glass measure of oil
2 eggs
half tea glass vinegar

Recipe
Other ingredients, except flour, are taken to a suitable container and mixed thoroughly. Then slowly add a small amount of flour and knead a soft dough that does not stick to the hand. After resting the dough, rested dough is taken on a flat surface and divided into 3 equal pieces. Each piece from these pieces is again divided into 15 equal pieces and a total of 45 small pieces are made. These beads are lined with a lightly floury cloth and a clean cloth is peeled off.
The pieces are opened on a starchy floor with the rollers individually sized for a sweet plate. They are sprinkled with plenty of starch and are stacked on top of each other to form 15 layers. 3 groups of 15 layers are obtained. The first group of 15 floors is brought forward and opened with a roller across the tray. The dough is placed in a round oven tray and sprinkled with plenty of walnuts or pistachios. The second 15-fold dough is opened in the same way and spread on walnut or peanut. The last batch of dough is opened in the same manner and sliced with a knife.
250 grams of margarine or butter is melted and poured over the bean paste all the way. The prepared baklava is baked in a 175 degree oven until the top is baked. Remove the cooked dessert from the oven and let it cool. My recommendation is to stay overnight.
To prepare the syrup, 4 cups of ground sugar and 5 cups of water are mixed in a deep pot and left to boil over the oven. After starting to boil, the heat is boiled for 20 minutes. Lemon juice is then added and boiled for 5-10 minutes. The syrup should be medium-thick. Prepared sorbet is taken from the oven and waited for about 5 minutes until the first heat comes out. Sprinkle it with the help of a spoon over the roasted beans. After the sherbet is cold, the service it is ready to service.
