300 g pumpkin meat (Hokkaido), diced
100 g of creme fraiche
a little basil, chopped
1 pck gnocchi (from the cooling rack), about 500g
1 ball mozzarella, (about 125g)

Sweat the chopped onion in a pan with a little oil. Add the minced meat and roast crumbly. Season with spicy salt, pepper, curry powder, chili powder, and garlic. Add The Tomato Paste And Cook Briefly. Pour in the vegetable stock and add the dice d pumpkin. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Then add the crème fraîche, basil, and gnocchi and mix well.
Put in a casserole dish.
Slice The Mozzarella And spread over it.
