KFC Coleslaw(10 PORTIONS)

Ingredients

800 g of white cabbage

1-meter carrot (s)

1 small onion (s)

65 g sugar, white

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper, black

60 ml of milk

125 g mayonnaise

60 ml butter milk

1 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar

2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh

1/4 tsp paprika powder

1/2 tsp mustard, optional

Preparation

Slice cabbage, carrot and onion into fine and very thin strips about 2.5 cm long, either by hand in a food processor.

 

Add white cabbage, carrot, and onion in a large bowl. Mix The Remaining Ingredients Well in another bowl, if necessary add the mustard. Then pour over the white cabbage mixture. Season to taste.

 

Cover the bowl and refrigerate them coleslaw for at least 8 hours, preferably 12 to 15 hours, to ensure that all ingredients are well combined. To serve 1/2 hour before taking out of the refrigerator.

 

Coleslaw is the perfect accompaniment to hamburgers, pulled pork, hot dogs, grilled pork and poultry and, of course, BBQ.
