Marble Cake Recipe

Ingredients
• Butter
• Vanilla extract
• Castor sugar
• Egg
• Flour
• Buttermilk
• Cocoa Powder
• Food coloring
How to make
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease the base of a pan. Beat butter, vanilla and sugar until light and fluffy and add eggs. Stir in flour and 1/2 cup buttermilk and divide the mixture into 3 bowls. Add cocoa and remaining buttermilk to the remaining portion and stir well. Add the food coloring agent in one portion and keep one portion plain. Apply spoonfuls of mixtures alternatively. Using a bamboo skewer, gently swirl mixtures together to create marbled effect. Bake for 15-20 minutes till the toothpick comes out clean. Make icing with butter, and sugar mixture. Tint pink with food coloring and add on the cake. Your nicely designed marble cake is ready to eat!
