Milk Slice Recipe

For Cakes;

Ingradients

4 eggs
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon flour
Half tea cup starch
3 tablespoon hot water
2 tablespoons
1 packet of vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
A pinch of salt

For cream;

100 gr labne
100 ml cream
1 bag of cream as a powder
1 tablespoon honey

For the above;

150 gr milky-bitter chocolate melted in benmari style.

Recipe:

Prepare the cream first. Beat all the ingredients in a bowl until solid. Separate egg whites and whites for sponge. Beat egg yolk and sugar until color is opened. Add hot water, dry ingredients and beat it a little. Then the egg whites will not flow when you turn the frothy face upside down. Add the frothy egg whites lightly at 3 times and mix before you miss the air. Pour over the oven tray equally with oily paper and cook until the toothpicks are clean at 180 degrees.
