MINCED PASTA WITH BECHAMEL SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

Half pack of pasta
1 tablespoonful of butter
1 tablespoons flour
1 glass of water Milk
1 cup shredded kashar

FOR MINCED SAUCE

250 gr ground beef
2 sharp peppers
1 tomato
1 sweet spoon tomato paste
1 onion
2 cloves garlic

RECIPE

Add salt and some oil to the macaroni and boil it in water.

For minced sauce

Chop the onion minced and then fry with mince. Add minced chopped pepper and tomato to the mixture and fry. Once you have added the slag and sprouted, continue mixing.

FOR BESHAMEL SAUCE

Melt the butter in a teflon pan and add the flour and fry. Add the milk and mix. Add cranberries and mix. Add boiled pasta and mix. Serve hot, hot and hot on top.
