Ingredients

2 large onions

1 egg

1/2 cup of mineral water

1/2 cup milk

3 tablespoon flour

3 tablespoons corn starch

1 teaspoon baking soda or carbonate

1/2 tea spoon salt

1/4 tea spoon red pepper

Directions
