Time- About 40 minutes

Ingredients-

  • Two tablespoons virgin olive oil
  • 2 large sliced sweet onions
  • Two cups seasoned croutons
  • One cup dry red wine
  • Four slices Swiss cheese
  • Half ounce cans beef broth
  • Salt and pepper

How to make it-

Put deep pot over medium heat with virgin olive oil and add onions to cook about 12 minutes. Later put wine and boil it. Add beef broth and mix salt and pepper for 10 minutes.

Take a four bowl with one-quarter of the croutons and a slice of cheese. Set the bowls on a rimmed baking sheet and broil until the cheese is bubbly and golden for about 1 minute and serve it.
