Quick Manhattan Clam Chowder soup

Time- About 50 minutes

Ingredients-

  • One tablespoon olive oil
  • Four diced ribs celery
  • One diced onion
  • One tablespoon chopped basil
  • Single clove garlic
  • Half diced baby carrots
  • One diced can whole potatoes
  • Three cans stewed tomatoes
  • Two bottles clam juice
  • Four cans minced clams
  • One dash Worcestershire sauce
  • black pepper

How to make it-

Put a large pot over medium heat with olive oil and onion, carrots, celery, garlic, basil, black pepper and salt. Stir them about 10 minutes, then transfer half vegetable mixture to a food processor. Add two cans stewed tomatoes into the pot and mix vegetables with tomato well then put in the food processor.

Add potatoes, clams and clam juice and boil it in low heat around 20 minutes. Serve with Worcestershire sauce.
