ROASTED EGGPLANT WITH MEATBALLS COATED
Half a kilogram of ground meat
3 pieces of eggplant
1 piece of onion
We roast the eggplant on cooker. Remove skins from eggplants and clean. We prepare meatballs by mixing ground meat, a grated onion and spices and kneading them. We take a portion of this meatballs that we have obtained and put it in a stretch film. We press it with our hand to make it open. We press it with a roller or rolling pin and turn meatballs. We put the eggplant into the end of the opened meatballs. We put the kashar cheese inside the eggplant and cover it with eggplant meatballs. We do the same directions for other eggplant. We lubricate the top of the meatballs with oil and give it to the oven. We cook at 180 degrees. We take the köftel to the serving plate. You can serve it with tomato sauce on it.
For tomato sauce:
We grate 3 tomatoes and 1 garlic. We add some olive oil and salt and cook. We add one spoon tomato paste and some basil and mix.
From these materials 4 servings are served.
