These well known Turkish flavorful cakes, Muska Boregi or Spinach and Cheese Filo Triangles, are heavenly and simple; a genuine group pleaser. I trust you appreciate them.
150 gr/7 oz spinach takes off
150 gr/7 oz feta cheddar, crushed with a fork
100 gr/application. 4 oz destroyed mozzarella
3 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons gentle olive oil
Bowl of 8 fl. oz/1 container water to seal the baked good
12 sheets of filo cake (each sheet 48cmx25cm)
Preheat stove to 180c/350 F/gas check 4
Expel the stalks of the spinach, wash and slash generally.
Combine in a bowl with the feta cheddar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, destroyed mozzarella and two of the beaten eggs; the filling is prepared.
In a different bowl, blend 1 egg and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Oil a rectangular heating dish with a little olive oil.
Lay the cake sheets on a perfect surface and cut into 10cmx25cm stripes.
Stack the stripes over another and cover with a moist towel so they won’t dry out.
Keep a bowl of water close you.
Lay two stripes of filo sheets at best of each other.
Place 1 tablespoon of the spinach blend toward one side of the filo baked good strip.
Crease the finish of the strip over the filling corner to corner with the goal that it shapes a triangle.
Keep collapsing the strip in triangles until the point that you get a little, triangular stuffed baked good.
Seal the baked good all around with the water; water truly keeps filo sheets unblemished here. Rehash with residual filo until the point that you have utilized the majority of the filling.
Place the stuffed triangle baked goods on the lubed preparing dish and brush them with the egg and olive oil blend.
Heat the triangles in the stove for around 20 – 25 minutes, until the point when they are is brilliant darker. Serve hot as a hors d’oeuvre or as a component of a mezze spread. This dish can be effectively warmed.
1) If you might want to curtail the measure of the eggs, you can diminish them in the spinach and feta filling. 2) This filo triangles solidify brilliantly. Once cooled, placed them in a cooler pack and seal. When you’d get a kick out of the chance to warm (at 180 C/350 F for around 15 minutes), placed them in a lubed preparing plate and sprinkle the best with a little drain and water blend to give some dampness
