Directions
First, take the milk, starch and sugar into our saucepan and cook until dark.
Let’s take the boiling custard from the stove.
Add hot butter and vanilla while hot and mix with a mixer for 2-3 minutes until the oil melts and integrates into the pudding.
Add the last powder cream to the site and let it cool again and let it cool down.
In the meantime, we take our dough ingredients into a bowl and let it knead.
Let’s divide the dough into two pieces and take the first piece to the counter.
Sprinkle light flour underneath and let the dough open so that it is not too thick.
Let’s cut rounds from our dough with a round object (I used the bowl) that is larger than our tartar molds.
We put the parts we put on our tartlet molds and take their excess.
Let’s open holes with a fork. (I have a total of 10 weighings with this measure)
Pre-heated 180 degrees in the normal oven – 155 degree ventilated oven for 18-20 min.
When our baked tartlet Cool down, let it cool into our cream and put it in the fridge for 1 night.
Before serving, we can put the desired fruits on it. Definitely recommend a delicious recipe 🙂 Enjoy your meal.
