Very Fast Mushroom Cream Sauce(2 PORTION)

Ingredients

400 g mushrooms

100 g bacon

2 small onion (s)

2 cloves of garlic

3 tbsp olive oil

200 ml of cream

1 tbsp., Powdered flour

1 tbsp, dried mustard

1 tablespoon tomato paste

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tsp broth, grained

250 ml of water

1/2 tsp sugar

  2. B. salt

1 tsp spice mixture for steak or gyros, thyme and marjoram and peppers should be in it

  1. B. chili powder

 

Preparation

Set up the frying pan at about half power, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, cut the bacon into strips and then add it to the pan as it is ready. Peel the garlic and put in as a whole toe. Peel the onions and dice them medium-fine and add to the pan.

 

Switch the pan to about 2/3 of the power and fry everything, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, the mushrooms quarter or sixths depending on their size. When all are ready, switch the temperature up to maximum power, wait a moment and then put the mushrooms in the pan. If it smells of mushrooms in an aromatic way, add the remaining oil and start stirring occasionally. After about 3 minutes, reduce the heat, dust the flour over it, add the sugar, tomato paste and mustard to the pan as a blob. Sprinkle the grained broth over it and also the steak spice. Grind a little chili and pepper over it. Stir everything and after about 2 minutes the tomato paste hangs on – now stir in the soy sauce and then slowly the cream, this dissolves everything great. Now pour a little of the water, stir and taste. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more water and season again (but be careful, it tastes so delicious that you could always taste it again).
