Ingredients
Medium purple cabbage
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 large bowl of yogurt
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons oil
Salt
Olive oil
Large pulled walnut
Fabrication
To make a yoghurt purple cabbage salad, first slice the purple cabbage in your hand. The crumbled cabbage is placed in a pan and 2 tablespoons oil is added. The cabbage is roasted with stirring until it softens in its own water. The roasted cabbage is taken into another container and the cabbage is allowed to cool. Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, salt and grated garlic in a bowl (you can adjust the amount of yoghurt and mayonnaise as desired). The mixture is added to the cooled cabbage and mixed well. Prepared yoghurt with purple cabbage is added to the salad and mixed well. Prepared yoghurt with purple cabbage salad is taken on the service plate and decorated according to the desire and service is offered.
Note: Rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour without serving to get the purple color of the salad.
