• 5 cups cold milk
• 1 cup of powdered sugar
• 1 egg yolk

• 1 packet of vanillin
• 2 cup water

The egg mixture should be added very slowly to all the ingredients in the pot. Then all the material should continue to be mixed at the same time. The reason why the egg is added slowly at this stage is that the mixture is not cut off. Finally, the entire mixture should be thoroughly mixed.
In another place, rice pudding molds are prepared. Molds are placed in the furnace tray, and then the thickened mixture is poured into the molds. Water will be added to the oven tray at the time the sektiler will not pass. Cooking is performed in a 200 degree oven for approximately 12-15 minutes. Then the puddings that have been cooked will cool down in the refrigerator and then be served with cinnamon in their own molds.
