Number of Persons: 8- 10
Preparation Time: 10- 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 30-35 Minutes
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup of oil or olive oil
• 1 glass of sugar
• 2 cups of flour
• 1 packet of vanillin
• 1 packet of dough baking powder
• 2 soup spoons of cocoa
• 1 packet of cream
• 1 teaspoon of water at room temperature
For the bottom part:
• 4 small bananas
• Caramel sauce (ready-made caramel sauces can be found on the market)
A mixing container for the cake is taken and 3 eggs are broken into it. Broken eggs are whipped well. Then add 1 cup of sugar to the eggs and continue mixing. After the sugar and the eggs are thoroughly mixed, 1 cup of oil is added. Or 1 cup of olive oil is added. Olive oil is our recommendation as it makes cakes more delicious. Then 1 teaspoon of water at room temperature is added and stirring is continued. With the help of a sieve, cream, flour, cocoa, sugar vanillin and dough in the remaining ingredients are added to the well-liquid ingredients in the baking soda.
Take a cake mold and apply oil to the base and then lubricate. Then, spread the caramel sauce in equal amounts. The sliced banana pieces are carefully and evenly spaced in appearance. After the base work is finished, the cake is carefully poured into the mold.
The oven is set to 175 degrees and heated. After the oven is warmed, the oven level is reduced to 170 degrees. Cake mold is placed in the oven and cooked. After shaking for about 30-35 minutes, remove the cake from the oven and turn it upside down. It is served in slices.
