One day before mixing yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon. Beat the creamuntilstiffand lift it under the yogurt mixture. Layout a strainer with a clean dish clothand place in a largerbowl. Fill the massinto the sieve and refrigerateover night.
The next day, pour the yogurt mixtureout of thesieveonto a plate.
Thawfrozenfruits. Set aside somefordecoration. Pureehalf of thefruit, addthe rest. Addsugartotaste.
Wrap and decorate the yogurtbomb with fruit.
